Architecture Residential Development, Prague
Benice

What We Did
- Concept Design
- Development Master Planning
Project Description
The Novy Svet project was a visionary residential development south of Prague, designed to create a dynamic and well-integrated community that enhanced the character of Benice Village while introducing modern living solutions. Spanning 50 hectares, the development featured 900+ residential units, thoughtfully arranged around a vibrant new village centre with apartments, assisted living, a school, retail spaces, and office facilities.
With a deep understanding of both international design principles and local architectural requirements, we ensured a seamless transition from concept to execution. Collaborating with a US-based design team, we translated their schematic vision into a practical, regionally adapted masterplan, ensuring it aligned with both local sensibilities and technical standards.
The design prioritised community, functionality, and sustainability, fostering a harmonious blend of modern and traditional elements that complemented the surrounding landscape. By integrating essential services and contemporary residential spaces, Novy Svet became a thriving extension of Benice, offering an exceptional living experience for its residents.
